Yvonne Pattison (née McLean)

February 16, 1954 – September 5, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Yvonne Pattison, who left us on September 5, 2025, in Victoria, BC, at the age of 71.

Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Yvonne immigrated to Canada as a pre-teen, bringing with her a warmth, wit, and generous heart that would shape every chapter of her life. She spent many years working in Finance at Camosun College, where her dedication and quirkiness made a lasting impact.

Yvonne was a woman of quiet joys and vibrant spirit. She always had a book in hand, a cup of tea nearby, and music playing softly in the background. She cherished her visits to Yellow Point Lodge and loved bombing around on spontaneous adventures—always driving a Toyota.

She is survived by her loving partner, Randy; her daughters, Kim (Dan) and Fiona (Stephen); and her adored grandchildren: Reed, Jolee, Cameron, Ben, Rylan, and Kenny.

Yvonne’s kindness, sense of humor, and unwavering belief in the goodness of others will be remembered by all who knew her.

A private celebration of life will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation—an organization close to Yvonne’s heart.
