Richard (Rick) Fisher

June 16 1952-December 20 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of my dad (Jen and Wade), papa (Ricky, Kylie, Jordyn, Dylan and Rachel) and great papa (Grayson). 

Predeceased last year by his soulmate of 54 years Cheryl. Rick was born to Elsie and Ed Fisher and having brother Ron and sister Sandy. Losing his father at a young age while fighting a fire at Ruth King elementary. 

Dad was so proud when they named the park in Langford after his dad “the Ed Fisher Park” .Dad worked for Kelly Douglas for many years meeting many friends and acquaintances. He later opened Papas Autobody on Dunford Rd. It is believed this is where he got his COPD from. 

You will be sorely missed dad.
