Glenn Herbert Edwards

Edwards, Glenn Herbert , age 64 of Esquimalt, B.C. passed away at home .

Born in Halifax, N.S. September 28, 1961. Glenn grew up in Herring Cove, N.S. After graduating he worked for the family business , H.J. Edwards Well Drilling Ltd. as a well driller. 

He later set his sights on the west coast and would begin his career of 27 years at CFB Esquimalt B.C. as a special equipment forklift operator. Glenn was well liked by his co-workers and supervisors at the Special Purpose Vehicle Unit and extend a special thank-you for their care and support they have shown to our family.

 A heartfelt thank-you and great appreciation to brother Harry Edwards and Aunt Doreen (Door) Gibson for the organizing and preparation to bring Glenn home to N.S. to his final resting place. 

Glenn is survived by his Mother Jean Edwards, Brothers Harry, Michael and sisters Janet and Joanie, Aunts, uncles and many Nieces/nephews. He is predeceased by his father Herbert (Herbie) Edwards and Infant Brother Herbert Joseph. 

A private Committal Service has already taken place on September 8, 2026 at St. James Cemetery Herring Cove, N.S.
