Edwin Ralph Morton

Born near Sayward, in Rock Bay BC, on September 18 1924. Ralph peacefully passed away after a brief illness on his 101st birthday.

Ralph was predeceased by his loving wife Ruth in 2020. Survived by Teresa, Glen and Elaine (Tom). He loved the places where he grew up on Quadra Island and in Crofton, settling in Cowichan Bay. Ralph worked in the Instrument Department at Crofton pulp mill for many years.

Ralph & Ruth dearly loved to dance and were frequently at the Seniors Centre, the Legion and Community dances.

No service, at his request. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Ralph cared about the environment, peace and democracy.

We will miss Ralph’s kind & generous heart, his sense of humour and irony, as well as his commitment to living in accordance with his values.

We are broken-hearted.
